Our clients range from listed companies and banks to first-generation founders, and from NRIs managing Indian assets to foreign businesses entering India. What they share is a preference for advice that is direct: what the law says, what it costs, and what we would do in your position.
NCLT, DRT, GST authorities, arbitral tribunals, the Gujarat High Court and the Supreme Court through our Delhi office — a matter moves between forums without changing hands.
Some cases should be settled and some notices should simply be paid. We say so in the first meeting — clients stay with a firm that tells them the truth early.
Legal positions are weighed against business reality — cash flow, timelines, reputation — because winning slowly can still be losing.
WhatsApp updates after hearings, video consultations scheduled to your time zone, and a phone that gets answered — including for clients nine time zones away.

How do I get started with Candour Legal?
Use the consultation form or WhatsApp button on this page. Tell us the nature of the matter in a few lines; we respond with a consultation slot — in person in Ahmedabad, or by video from anywhere. The first conversation establishes what you are facing, the realistic outcomes and the fee structure, before you commit to anything.
Do you act only in Ahmedabad?
No. Ahmedabad is the head office, and much of our tribunal and High Court work is here — but we act across India through our Mumbai and New Delhi offices, appear before the NCLT, DRT and High Courts in multiple states, and coordinate Supreme Court matters from Delhi. GIFT City work runs through our dedicated practice there.
Can you work with clients outside India?
Yes — a substantial part of the practice is NRIs, OCIs and foreign companies with Indian matters. Most of it runs on power of attorney, digital documents and video consultations in your time zone; overseas clients rarely need to travel to India for their cases.
How are fees structured?
In writing, stage by stage, before work begins. Depending on the matter, fees are fixed per stage or per appearance; you will know the cost of each phase in advance, and no work outside the agreed scope starts without your sign-off.
Tell us what you are facing.
One consultation — in person or on video — will tell you where you stand, what the routes are, and what each would cost. Whatever you decide after that, you decide it informed.
